Eligibility Criteria

- Nationality: Applicants must be from Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, or Palestine.
- Age: By 1st October 2023, applicants must meet one of the following age criteria:
- Must be at least 18 years old and not have reached their 24th birthday (born after 1st October 1999 and on or before 1st October 2005).
- For older candidates who completed their first undergraduate degree later than usual, must not have reached their 27th birthday (born after 1st October 1996) and have met or will meet the requirements for completion of their first degree on or after 1st October 2022.
- Academic Achievement: Applicants must have completed (or will complete by June/July 2024) an undergraduate degree with a First Class or a minimum GPA of 3.70 out of 4.0 (or equivalent). It is important to note that specific course requirements at Oxford may have higher criteria. Successful candidates typically rank within the top few positions in their graduating classes.
- English Language Proficiency: Applicants must possess a sufficiently high standard of English to meet the University of Oxford’s English language proficiency requirements at the Higher Level listed.
